The terms that govern your membership.

ForHerNow is designed primarily for women age 50 and older. To use ForHerNow or purchase a membership, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

ForHerNow is offered to individuals for personal, non-commercial use only.

ForHerNow provides personalized lifestyle coordination and accountability services. This may include help organizing goals, routines, and commitments; regular check-ins with a coordinator; weekly planning and reviews; reminders; and related lifestyle organization support.

ForHerNow is not a medical, healthcare, therapy, nutrition, or mental-health service. ForHerNow does not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, mental-health therapy, individualized medical nutrition therapy, or any other licensed healthcare service, and it is not a substitute for licensed healthcare professionals. ForHerNow can help you stay organized and accountable to lifestyle goals you have chosen for yourself, including goals suggested to you by your own licensed professionals, but ForHerNow does not replace them. Always consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.

ForHerNow offers the following monthly memberships:

• Essential — $300 per month
• Personal — $500 per month
• Concierge — $1,000 per month

Each membership begins with a 7-day free trial.

Please note the following important details about the free trial:

• Starting a free trial requires a valid payment method.
• Unless you cancel before the end of the 7-day trial period, your selected membership automatically begins and your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly rate — $300/month for Essential, $500/month for Personal, or $1,000/month for Concierge.
• After the trial, your membership automatically renews monthly until it is canceled.

If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged for the membership.

The free trial is limited to one free trial per customer.

All memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions. Your membership automatically renews each month on the anniversary of the date your paid membership began, and your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly rate at each renewal, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Subscriptions continue to renew monthly until canceled. You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to be charged.

By providing a payment method, you authorize ForHerNow (or its payment processor) to charge that payment method for your selected membership, including the first charge after your free trial ends and all subsequent monthly renewal charges until you cancel.

You must keep your payment information current. If a charge is declined, ForHerNow may retry the charge or suspend the membership until payment is completed.

You may cancel your membership at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. You can also use the Customer Portal to update your payment method and review your billing history. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your applicable trial or current billing period, and you will not be charged for any subsequent billing period after cancellation takes effect. If you cancel during your 7-day free trial before the trial ends, you will not be charged the membership fee.

Unless you cancel before your 7-day free trial ends, your payment method will be charged when the trial converts to a paid membership, and charges will recur monthly until you cancel.

Except where required by applicable law, membership payments that have already been processed are non-refundable. Canceling prevents future renewal charges but does not provide a refund for a payment that has already been processed.

As a ForHerNow customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your lifestyle assessment and keep your details current.
• Use the service only for yourself, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Make your own decisions about your goals, health, and lifestyle. ForHerNow provides coordination and accountability; final decisions rest with you.
• Consult your own licensed healthcare professionals before starting or changing any activity, routine, or lifestyle change that may affect your health, and never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of anything related to ForHerNow.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify ForHerNow promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use ForHerNow for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or circumstances.
• Share, resell, or transfer your membership, account, or access to another person.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or behave abusively toward ForHerNow coordinators, staff, or other customers.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to ForHerNow systems, or scrape or copy content or materials from the service.
• Use the service to request or obtain medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.

ForHerNow may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

The ForHerNow name, brand, website, content, plans, templates, frameworks, and all related materials are owned by ForHerNow or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service or its content.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from ForHerNow content or materials without prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use of the service as intended.

Personal information you share with ForHerNow is handled as described in these Terms and in the forthcoming privacy policy.

ForHerNow provides lifestyle coordination and accountability services only. ForHerNow does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, mental-health therapy, individualized medical nutrition therapy, or other licensed healthcare services, and is not a substitute for licensed healthcare professionals. Nothing provided through ForHerNow should be interpreted as medical, mental-health, or nutrition advice.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForHerNow disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ForHerNow does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular results (personal, health-related, or otherwise) will be achieved. Outcomes depend on your own choices, actions, and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForHerNow and its owners, coordinators, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForHerNow’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid ForHerNow in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time (see Section 6).

ForHerNow may suspend or terminate your membership and access to the service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay amounts due, or for any other business reason. If ForHerNow terminates your paid membership for a reason other than your breach or non-payment, ForHerNow will not charge you for renewal periods after the termination takes effect.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and changes to the terms) survive cancellation or termination.

ForHerNow may update or change these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page, and, where practicable, by other notice before the change takes effect.

Continuing to use ForHerNow after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you should cancel your membership before the change takes effect.

Effective date: October 1, 2026.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, subject to any applicable consumer protection laws that may apply to you.
