Privacy Policy

How we handle your information.

This Privacy Policy explains how ForHerNow may collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website or use a ForHerNow membership, including the 7-day free trial.

Effective date: October 1, 2026

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with ForHerNow, we may collect the following kinds of information:

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Information you choose to share during onboarding, lifestyle assessments, check-ins, and other communications — for example your routines, schedule, priorities, goals, and progress.
  • Subscription and transaction information, such as your selected membership, free-trial status, billing history, and payment status.
  • Website usage and device information, such as browser type, device type, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the website.
  • Cookie, analytics, and advertising data collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described below.

ForHerNow is not a medical or healthcare service. Please do not share medical records or detailed health information beyond what you choose to share to support your lifestyle goals.

2. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Provide, personalize, and coordinate the ForHerNow service
  • Communicate with you, including check-ins, reminders, and service updates
  • Manage memberships and free trials
  • Provide customer support
  • Process payments
  • Improve the website and the service
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising

3. Payments and Stripe

Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. ForHerNow does not directly store full payment-card numbers.

Payment processors handle your payment information under their own privacy policies and security standards. We may receive limited information from them, such as the last four digits of your card, card type, expiration date, billing details, and transaction status.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We and service providers acting on our behalf may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand how the website is used, and measure the effectiveness of advertising — for example, whether a visitor arrived from an ad and started a free trial.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.

5. How information may be shared

ForHerNow does not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers who help us operate the service, such as payment processing, hosting, communications, analytics, and advertising measurement, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ForHerNow, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers, such as in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your membership records, resolve disputes, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or by contacting us. Service-related communications about your membership may still be sent while you are a member.

To make a request, email support@forhernow.net. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information is collected, used, and disclosed; the right to request deletion; the right to correct inaccurate information; and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

ForHerNow does not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email support@forhernow.net. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

10. Third-party services and links

The website and service may include links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. Those third parties have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or policies. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

11. Children's privacy

ForHerNow is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or through the service.
